1. Data Controller

2. What data we process

We process personal data only to the extent you voluntarily provide it through the contact form:

• full name,
• email address,
• phone number (if provided),
• the content of your message,
• technical data needed to protect the form from abuse (IP address, submission timestamp).

This site has no registration, login or payment features, so no other categories of personal data are processed.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by checking the consent box when submitting the form, for the purpose of handling your inquiry and any follow-up email communication. The IP address and timestamp are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — protection against spam and abuse of the form.

4. Retention period

Messages from the contact form are kept in the email inbox for as long as necessary to handle your request and any follow-up communication, and for no more than 24 months from the last communication, unless a specific legal provision requires otherwise. Technical logs used for form abuse protection (rate limiting) are automatically deleted within 1 hour of submission.

5. Recipients of data

Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing or other purposes. Data is processed solely by the site controller. Google's email service (Gmail) is used as a technical intermediary to deliver the message sent from the form.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your personal data,
• rectify inaccurate data,
• erasure ("the right to be forgotten"),
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,
• lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority.

7. Data security

The contact form is protected against automated abuse (a honeypot field, submission rate limiting) and data is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS). Email service login credentials are not part of the site's publicly available source code.
